Historic renovation. Modern design. In 2016 this family's historic home in Putnam Heights was devastated by fire and water damage. Fitzsimmons Architects designed an amazing modern floor plan and commissioned Randolph Design + Build to bring those plans to life. From a compartmentalized historic home to a modern open floor plan. This home is functional yet still maintains the charm of the past. Out of this tragedy came a new space that will hold this family's future memories for a lifetime.
