We love to get our hands on a ranch style house at Randolph Design + Build. While this house was long and rambling, it was lacking in the open spaces to enjoy entertaining. In three short months we were able to remove walls, designing a new functional kitchen and larger living space with the central focus on the two sided fireplace! To make life better for the 4 legged fur babies, a puppy room complete with a doggie spa shower was added for the owners convenience. We enjoyed working with these clients in designing and building a home they could call their own.

After meeting with six different firms, we chose Gary Randolph to manage/design our project. We could not be happier with our choice!! Gary and Ashley transformed our new place into a dream home with an amazing kitchen, meant for entertaining! They were very organized and communicated on every aspect of the project, plus completed our home on time. We will absolutely hire Gary Randolph for future projects!
