In 2016 this family's historic home in Putnam Heights was devastated by fire and water damage. Fitzsimmons Architects designed an amazing modern floor plan and commissioned Randolph Design + Build to bring those plans to life. From a compartmentalized historic home to a modern open floor plan. This home is functional yet still maintains the charm of the past. Out of this tragedy came a new space that will hold this family's future memories for a lifetime.
